Directions

Step 1

Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash and de-stem the kale leaves. Peel and slice the banana if using fresh.

Step 2

Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine mango, kale, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), and water or ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Adjust the Consistency:
Add more water or almond milk if the smoothie is too thick, and blend again.
